Economical Accommodations – P.K.’s Jungle Village
This budget friendly lodging will make you smile with it's great outdoors feel. It's about three hours north of Cairns in the heart of Cape Tribulation closs by Myall Beach. There is access to the beautiful rainforest and the beach for your appreciation.
Campers will be most happy here but there are also cabins available, family cabins and then dorms for other travelers from all over. With this beautiful setting in the rainforest and a beach nearby, PK's Jungle is a wonderful location to hang out.
This facility is almost like a small town, you could stay for a long time if you wanted to at this Jungle Village. The services include public telephones, picnic areas, laundry facilities, internet access, restaurants, pool tables, swimming pool and shops. There are additional services like a tour information service, an ATM, postal service and a bike hire service.
The accommodations at PK's are varied, including dormitories, double rooms, cabins, camp sites, single rooms and family rooms. There is also a big kitchen for everyone to use to cook, with a stove, refrigerator and grill. All of the places to stay onsite have air conditioning along with ceiling and verandah fans to help moderate temperatures.
There are so many things to do if you chose to spend your hard earned money staying at PK's in Tropical North Queensland. You can swim or canoe, view marine animals, ride horses, go bushwalking or just relax and enjoy the in house entertainment programs and party nights. If you bring your family you'll find it's very kid friendly with all these activities.
